Gift Card Terms & Conditions
 

  1. Validity

    Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be void and cannot be extended.

  2. Redemption

    Gift cards can be redeemed in-store at the Silver Palate Deli and Restaurant. They are not valid for online purchases, private events, or third-party collaborations unless otherwise stated.

  3. Balance and Usage

    You may use your gift card in full or as part-payment. Any remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used within the validity period.

  4. Non-Refundable

    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.

  5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

    Please treat your gift card as cash. Silver Palate is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and cannot offer replacements.

  6. Exclusions

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or exchanged for services or items not directly offered by Silver Palate.

  7. Proof of Purchase

    In cases of dispute or technical error, proof of original purchase may be required to investigate issues related to the card.

  8. Tampering

    Any cards that appear to be tampered with or altered will be considered invalid.

  9. Right to Amend

    Silver Palate reserves the right to update these terms or discontinue the gift card scheme at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.

Silver Palate Perks Card — Terms & Conditions
 

  1. Eligibility and Use

    The Perks Card is available to individuals aged 16 and over. It is for personal use only and cannot be transferred, assigned, or used commercially.

  2. Earning Perks

    Points, stamps, or rewards are earned on qualifying purchases only. These may exclude discounted items, special promotions, event tickets, or gift cards unless stated otherwise.

  3. Redemption

    Rewards or discounts earned through the Perks Card must be redeemed in-store and are subject to availability. The card must be presented at the point of sale to earn or redeem rewards.

  4. Card Ownership

    The card remains the property of Silver Palate. We reserve the right to withdraw the card or suspend its use at any time, without notice, for misuse or policy violation.

  5. Lost or Damaged Cards

    We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or damaged Perks Cards. Any rewards or progress associated with that card may be lost.

  6. Non-Transferable

    Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or used with any other offer unless stated.

  7. Expiry

    Silver Palate reserves the right to set an expiry date on rewards earned. Customers will be informed in advance of any significant scheme changes or closures.

  8. Scheme Changes

    We may change the Perks Card system or offers at any time, including the rewards available, how they’re earned, and redemption conditions.

  9. Privacy

    No personal data is collected unless you register your card. If registered, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
